2. How can I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our online store at www.thecardigandepartment.com, select the items you'd like to purchase, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to provide shipping and payment information to complete your order.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped please email: orders@thecardigandepartment.com with the order number in the title. Please note this cannot be guaranteed as our inbox can take 24-48 hours for a reply.

5. How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. In any instance of this tracking not working direct tracking is also available here with the order number and email.
