Order Processing Time:
All orders are carefully processed within 3–4 business days from the time of purchase. Our dedicated team ensures that every item is packed with care and attention to detail before it embarks on its journey to you.
Shipping Duration:
We offer worldwide shipping with tracking for your convenience. The estimated shipping time varies depending on your location:
International: 7–14 business days
Tracking Information:
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with an order number. This allows you to follow the journey of your merchandise and know exactly when it will arrive at your doorstep via tracking directly on our website.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Rest assured, we strive to offer the most competitive and transparent shipping rates possible.
Tariffs & Import Charges (USA Customers):
Our prices include all applicable tariffs for orders shipped to the USA. In our experience, customers have never reported being charged any import or customs fees.
However, should any charges arise, the buyer is responsible for covering them. That said, again, it is extremely rare and we have not had reports of any such fees being applied to date.
Please Note:
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.
- If multiple products are purchased, in some instances they may be grouped into several packages.
- Orders are shipped from different locations based on customer location to ensure affordable, faster and efficient delivery. Warehouse locations include: UK, EU & China.
Where do you ship from?
The majority of our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners in China. This is completely normal and is how most of our products are fulfilled.
In some cases, we also ship from the UK or EU, depending on the item, your location, and where stock is currently available. If we have inventory in our UK office or EU fulfilment centre, your order may be dispatched from there instead.
If your tracking shows your parcel is coming from China, this is expected. We make this information available before purchase, so we cannot accept responsibility if this section isn’t read before ordering.

It’s worth remembering that China is one of the world’s largest manufacturing hubs, producing a significant proportion of the consumer goods sold globally across every price point—from budget products to premium brands.
