Washing Instructions:

Machine Wash:

Set the washing machine to a cold wash with a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees Celsius.
Select a slow wash cycle to prevent any stretching or damage to the fabric.
Place the cardigan in a wash bag or pillowcase to protect it from friction and snagging during the wash.

Hand Wash:

If preferred, you may also hand wash the cardigan in cold water.
Use a mild detergent and gently agitate the water to clean the fabric.
Avoid wringing or twisting the cardigan to maintain its shape.

After washing, reshape the cardigan while damp and lay it flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach, or iron directly on the fabric.

Nice cardigan. Looks authentic compared to other folklore cardigans I have purchased.
Fabric is 50% polyester and 50% acrylic, meaning it is very itchy and unpleasant.
The biggest factor is that it is made and shipped from China. If this item was made in the UK, better materials could be used with a faster delivery.
Took 11 days to arrive so relatively slow compared to other purchases.
Would not purchase again as incredibly expensive for the type of item, especially as it is made in China. I believe the owners mark up on one of these products is at least 50 or even 60% from how much it costs to make it to sale.
I'm not pleased having seen other reviews - I am doubting their honesty.

Not only is this cardigan absolutely gorgeous (the details are perfect, it is actually the original cardigan), but the customer service was truly incredible.
I originally ordered a size XL, because it's my usual size, and it was way too big so I had to return it and order a M. The Medium is slightly oversized, but that is what I wanted and it's perfect. The customer service helped me through the entire process and they were the absolute nicest, kindest and most helpful people! Just an overall amazing experience with this shop.
