Sizing Information

We recommend choosing one EU size larger than your usual shoe size.

For example, if you normally wear an EU 40, we recommend ordering an EU 41.

Our UK and US conversions are provided as a general reference only, as international shoe sizing does not convert exactly between every brand.

How to choose your size: For the most accurate fit, measure your foot from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe while standing on a hard, flat surface. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.

We recommend using the Recommended Foot Length column as your main sizing guide rather than relying solely on your usual UK or US size. Once you have found the EU size that corresponds with your foot measurement, we recommend choosing one EU size larger in this style for a more comfortable fit.

For example, if your foot measurement falls within the recommended range for an EU 40, we recommend ordering an EU 41.

Our manufacturer recommends allowing approximately 5–10 mm of additional length inside the shoe for a comfortable fit. The Recommended Foot Length ranges are based on this guidance.

If your measurement falls between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

Last Length refers to the length of the mould used to manufacture the shoe. It is longer than the customer’s actual foot and should not be used as the measurement to match your foot against.

Please note that the shade of the canvas and embroidery colours may appear slightly different depending on natural light, indoor lighting and your device’s display settings.

Designed to pair beautifully with your favourite cardigans, each pair features intricate floral embroidery across premium canvas for a timeless, wearable look.

Created with both comfort and quality in mind, every pair includes memory foam insoles for all-day cushioning, a water-repellent finish to help protect against light rain and everyday splashes, and arrives in a custom Cardigan Department shoe box.

Sizing note: The shoe last is longer than the foot to allow space around the toes. Please select your size using the recommended foot-length measurement rather than the shoe last length.

Packaging Disclaimer: Our shoes are supplied in a custom-designed presentation box. As the box travels through an international delivery network, it may occasionally arrive with cosmetic transit wear such as dents, creasing, scuffing or compression.

Where this affects the presentation box only and the shoes themselves remain undamaged, this is not considered a fault with the footwear. We are continually improving and reinforcing our packaging to help minimise this during transit.
